The **ninth objective** is to Make Publishing part of the Design Process. A project should be able to move naturally from private notes to shared drafts, from shared drafts to public wiki pages, from wiki pages to slides, PDFs, websites, workshops, radio scripts, card decks, maps or campaign materials. Publishing should not be an afterthought. It should be how a project becomes visible, discussable and accountable.
